OLFA cutter & non-disposable scraper handles and blade locking mechanisms are subject to our satisfaction guaranteed forever or replacement policy.* If at any time you are dissatisfied with either, simply send the cutter, non-disposable scraper, or the parts that you are dissatisfied with and a brief explanation** with your return address to the OLFA address below. We will send you a replacement of either the parts requested or a knife or non-disposable scraper body (handle) of equal or comparable value. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of your new cutter, non-disposable scraper, or replacement parts.
