2008 OLFA Young Designers Okada Award Winners

Congratulations to the 2008 Winners!

2008 saw many accomplished designs submitted by both new, as well as repeat contestants for the Okada awards. We are proud to announce the 2008 Young Designer Okada Award Winners, chosen by the American Quilter's Society judges:

• Grand Prize - Naomi S. Adams, One Tree Quilt (42"x64", at left)
• 1st Prize - Susan Webster, Encompassing Orange (54"x54")
• 2nd Prize - Gina Perkes, Stars of the Sea (50"x70")
• 3rd Prize - Heidi K. Meyer, Rachel's Quilt (82"x96")
